5. The dynamics of our Cosmic Hierarchy is based on the Golden Rule.

The dynamics of our Cosmic Hierarchy results from the Golden Rule between the mutually interaction as strong as necessary for the stability of the hierarchy and the mutually disturbance as low as possible in order to not destroy the hierarchy. The Golden Spiral realizing this hierarchy allows the individual members of the hierarchy to interact with each other with a minimal mutual disturbance.
