19. Einsteinian speed of light IS NOT a constant of Nature.

The speed of light is not a constant. It is a regular physical quantity taking on a different value in any different state of matter-spirit. It reaches the “Einsteinian value” of approximately 300 000 km/s only in vacuum indeed.
