Harald Meller, a prominent archaeologist, Kai Michel, a historian, and Carel van Schaik, an evolutionary biologist, have jointly written 2024 an important scientific document in the form of a book (in German); (‘The Evolution of Violence: Why We Want Peace but Fight Wars: A Human History’; dtv 2024).
