The building blocks of our Universe are matter-spirit quanta. The universal form of those quanta are quantized fluctuations of the membrane level of the Universal Quantum Field, the Universal Creative Potential extended in (two-dimensional) space and (two-dimensional) time. The characteristics of those universal matter-spirit quanta are (for example) the universal size of 5 nm, the universal frequency of 5 THz, the universal temperature of 244 K (-29°C), and the universal electric potential of 21 mV.
